You will have broad exposure across management accounts, cashflow, budgeting, financial controls and business partnering, while also supporting the continued growth and development of the business.The company is open to both qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA candidates and those who are qualified by experience. Experience within the construction, contracting or project-based environment would be advantageous.Duties include:Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reportsManaging budgeting, forecasting and financial planningMonitoring cashflow and working capitalOverseeing purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll activitiesBusiness partnering with operational and project teamsSupporting project and contract profitability analysisReviewing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controlsSupporting year-end accounts and audit processesProviding financial insight to the Managing Director to support commercial decision-makingIdentifying and implementing improvements to finance systems, processes and reportingTaking ownership of the day-to-day finance function and ensuring accurate and timely financial information #J-18808-Ljbffr
