At The CFO Centre, we're looking for a high‑energy, commercially‑minded Telesales Executive to help drive growth across the UK. You'll be speaking with business owners, CEOs and Managing Directors every day, uncovering challenges, creating opportunities, and connecting them with some of the most experienced CFOs and business leaders in the market.
This isn't a scripted call‑centre role. It's a consultative sales position where your ability to engage, influence and build relationships will directly impact business success.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Transformation & Delivery Lead, you'll play a critical role in generating quality sales opportunities for our Regional Directors across the UK.
Working closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams, you'll follow up on leads generated through campaigns, events, content and referrals, engaging senior business decision makers and booking high‑quality meetings that lead to new client relationships.
- Engage with warm inbound and marketing‑generated leads.
- Build relationships with business owners, Managing Directors and CEOs.
- Identify business challenges, growth plans and strategic objectives.
- Introduce The CFO Centre's market‑leading CFO service and its value.
- Create and nurture opportunities through proactive follow‑up.
- Secure high‑quality appointments for Regional Directors across the UK.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through structured outreach.
- Drive conversion rates through professional and consultative conversations.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM systems.
- Ensure data quality and compliance standards are upheld.
- Track lead progression and provide insightful feedback to the marketing team.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance, lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Attend training sessions, workshops and company events to continuously develop your commercial and business knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regional Directors and the wider commercial team.
