This is a senior level position within the Marketing Team & the business. We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead scalable, high-impact digital activity across UK & Ireland, while providing strategic support to multiple international markets. Operating as a global shared services function, this role partners closely with regional marketing partners to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns that drive growth, consistency and commercial performance across the business. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on delivery and people management, and acts as a centre of excellence for digital capability globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and lead global digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
    • Create scalable, repeatable frameworks for digital channels including paid media, SEO, social, website and marketing automation
    • Act as the centre of excellence for digital best practice across all regions
  • Global Website Ownership
    • Lead the management and continuous optimisation of The CFO Centre's global website
    • Ensure the website evolves to maximise traffic, lead generation and user experience
    • Oversee SEO strategy and execution to drive organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvement
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan and deliver multi-market digital campaigns across B2B channels
    • Lead digital advertising campaigns including PPC, display and paid social, ensuring strategic alignment and strong ROI
    • Localise campaigns in collaboration with country marketing teams, maintaining consistent brand and messaging standards
  • Performance and Optimisation
    • Own digital KPIs and dashboards across markets, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline contribution and ROI
    • Analyse performance data and optimise spend, customer journeys and channel effectiveness
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches to maintain a competitive digital strategy
    • Share insights, learnings and recommendations with stakeholders across the business
  • Stakeholder and Agency Management
    • Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple international markets
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams across UK & Ireland and other countries to ensure cohesive digital strategy delivery
    • Oversee and manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget efficiency
  • People Management
    • Line-manage a growing digital team, with initial responsibility for 3 direct reports (Paid Manager, SEO Manager & Senior Digital Executive)
    • Develop team capability, set clear objectives and foster a high-performance culture

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

  • 5+ years' experience within the digital marketing space
  • Proven experience delivering multi-market or global digital campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics and conversion rate optimisation
  • Performance-driven and commercially focused, with a clear understanding of lead generation, pipeline and ROI
  • Proficiency in web analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders across different regions
  • Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience using AI platforms within a marketing context
  • Strong people management skills, 3+ years’ experience of managing multiple direct reports

  • Experience of working with Hubspot
  • Experience in a shared services model
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms
  • Budget management responsibility across multiple markets
  • B2B or regulated-market experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related
