We are an expanding SME embarking on a significant Oracle Fusion Finance transformation, and we’re looking for a proactive, flexible Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join us on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and wants to make a genuine impact across the full project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules: GL, AP, PO, AR, CM (EPM/FCC experience highly desirable).
- Guiding data migration best‑practice from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.
- Defining and overseeing user role mappings, access controls, and security provisioning.
- Supporting business readiness and adoption, including training materials, end‑user guidance, and change enablement.
- Leading and participating in testing activities, from scenario design to risk‑based testing.
- Supporting post‑go‑live stabilisation: troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and recommending enhancements.
- Working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge across GL, AP, PO, AR, CM (with EPM/FCC a bonus).
- Solid understanding of data migration into Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with Fusion security, access, and role mapping.
- Ability to contribute across design, build, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live phases.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with confidence working directly with stakeholders.
