Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading a team of talented Financial Directors who are passionate about helping ambitious £2-50M pound private businesses climb their Everest.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies, with a mindset of a CEO, while collaborating with a larger team across the UK and the World.
- Build genuine long-lasting relationships with clients; act as part advisor, part strategist, part trusted partner.
- Find, engage, and motivate Financial Directors who want to join the CFO Centre movement while continuing to lead and develop your team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership (e.g., Chief Commercial Officers) to align regional activity with company goals.
- Develop a local network and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and client leads.
- Focus on adding value for clients daily, asking great questions and delivering meaningful outcomes.
