We are actively searching for a motivated and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to play a pivotal role in supporting our Regional Director team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to several busy executives, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of their daily activities.
This dynamic position requires exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and previous experience in high-net-worth client environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently organise multiple diaries and manage inboxes, ensuring timely responses and prioritising critical communications.
- Schedule appointments, maintain detailed calendars, set meeting reminders, and highlight essential tasks for the Regional Directors.
- Facilitating and highlighting the Regional Director\’s End-of-Quarter (EOS) initiatives and strategic goals.
- Support client onboarding and actively build relationships with clients and Principals on behalf of the Regional Directors.
- Prepare meticulously for client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Clients, Principals, Partners, Sponsors, and various departments, ensuring seamless project and client continuity.
- Format and edit presentations and reports to ensure professional and polished deliverables.
- Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, prepare minutes, and distribute them to all participants promptly.
- Enter data, maintain databases, and uphold accurate records.
- Assist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates and input to maintain robust customer relationship management.
- Manage internal and external correspondence effectively and professionally.
- Organise regional team meetings, events, and webinars, including venue sourcing, facilities preparation, agenda planning, and post meeting action follow-ups.
- Uphold best business practices and etiquette in all interactions.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required by the executive team.
- Engage in client account management calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Skills & Knowledge
- 3+ years PA/EA experience working with C-Suite
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Experience of Office 365 also an advantage)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively on behalf of multiple individuals
- Personable, team player and ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Comfortable communicating at all levels
- Confidentiality, attention to detail and great organisational skills
Requirements
- Ability to travel to assigned UK regions on an Ad hoc basis; expenses covered by The CFO Centre
- Intermediate user or Microsoft programs and Office 365.
- Full driving license, a car suitable for regular travel
