Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic UK marketing team. This role is critical to driving marketing effectiveness through data-led decision-making, performance measurement, and sharing best practices.
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will manage the development and optimisation of our performance marketing analysis. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop new strategies to generate leads and support broader business objectives.
You will work closely with UK & Global teams to align business objectives with measurable outcomes. You should have B2B experience in performance analysis, reviewing campaign data, reporting on performance, and influencing lead generation and budget allocation. Additionally, you should have strong technical skills within HubSpot, Microsoft, and Google platforms, to build and optimise marketing reporting and attribution.
The Performance Marketing Executive is a dynamic and fast-paced position within a high-growth environment, requiring strong communication, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive ownership mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing performance metrics and attribution models.
- Manage all marketing activity and outcome reporting, consolidating all data and managing the marketing reporting suite.
- Assist the Head of Marketing with maintaining and managing the marketing budget, including building CPA reporting and forecasting models.
- Support the marketing team with graphic production or amendments for marketing assets and wider business materials.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the marketing team.
KPIs:
- Quality and accuracy of reporting through daily management and review of performance metrics across all marketing channels.
- Performance communication that influences channel strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Budget management accuracy with the Head of Marketing, including innovative CPA reporting and forecasting.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics and attribution, with experience in project management and various applications (HubSpot, Microsoft, Google, Canva, Adobe).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong organisational, relationship, and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple channels and meet deadlines efficiently.
