We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to be the go-to person for all things tech. From setting up new hardware to troubleshooting issues and safeguarding our systems, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for IT support—resolving issues with confidence and care.
- Provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and networks.
- Commission and decommission laptops, peripherals, and other devices.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and user accounts.
- Investigate and escalate potential cybersecurity incidents.
- Support remote teams and locations when needed.
- Champion compliance with IT policies and data protection standards.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in first-line IT support or a similar technical role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
