As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our email and LinkedIn outreach strategies to drive lead generation and support broader business objectives. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven B2B experience in email and LinkedIn marketing, along with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset that ensures your plans align with our overarching UK marketing and business strategy. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position within a high-growth environment, requiring strong communication, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver targeted email marketing strategies that align with the broader marketing plan, driving demand among prospects and engaging existing customers to support acquisition, cross-sell, and retention goals.
- Plan and execute email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent and impactful communication at every stage.
- Lead and manage our LinkedIn outreach program, generating high-quality leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Oversee relationships with external partners, including service providers and agencies, to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality output.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, open rates, and click-throughs, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects, contributing to a collaborative and agile working environment.
- Provide day-to-day support and coordination for administrative contractors, ensuring smooth operations and task completion.
