What’s the opportunity? Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2–50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest.
- You’ll help our clients reach their summits, acting as a self‑starter with ambition, energy, and a “can do” attitude, passionate about helping business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, or MDs.
- You will grow your own portfolio of clients, supported by an incredible network of CFOs across the world.
- Work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs in a highly collegiate environment.
What do you need to have?
- You need to be qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes and have real‑life CFO/FD experience—once, twice or many times—and possess strong commercial finance, business strategy knowledge, and a track record of success.
- Your “special sauce” is your natural ability to build genuine long‑lasting relationships with clients.
How does it work?
The role is self‑employed within a defined model, combining the benefits of being part of a team and available support, while giving you autonomy and freedom to deliver outcomes for clients. Instead of feeding you fish, we teach you how to catch them and build a portfolio career that can be a game changer for clients and yourself. You’ll be a great listener, asking big questions, and building a portfolio of value to your clients.
