You\’ll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest.
We\’re not interested in people who just want a job. You\’ll help our clients reach those summits, bringing a self-starter attitude, energy, ambition, and a passion to help, typically working with business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, or MDs.

Your clients should feel that we are in it for the long-term and genuinely care.
Work closely with your Regional Director and team of CFO/FDs in a highly collegiate environment. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, with family at our core, as often reflected in our clients\’ operations.
I love the family feel of working here. People genuinely care, and you\’re not just a number. Colin, his wife Julie, and their four sons make you feel like this business is yours as well.
How does it work?
The role is self-employed, operating within a defined model that combines the benefits of being part of a team and supported by a well-established organization, with autonomy in delivering outcomes for clients.
Instead of just providing solutions, we teach you how to build your portfolio and create a career that can be a game changer for you and your clients. You\’ll enjoy the challenge, variety, and interest of working with multiple clients and appreciate the flexibility this offers. Your focus will be on building your portfolio and adding value for your clients daily.
We are the UK & Global market leader in part-time Finance Directors and CFO services to mid-sized businesses — for those who don\’t want, need, or can\’t afford a full-time CFO/FD but still want access to those skills on an affordable, part-time basis.

We are a movement of individuals seeking a freedom-based lifestyle. It\’s not about retiring or relaxing on a beach in Thailand — it\’s about doing something meaningful and being the captain of your own ship. Freedom is loving what you do and having choices.
