Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Llandrindod – Remote based, must live within region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Financial Directors serving private businesses with 2–50M £ revenue.
- Recruit, coach and motivate Financial Directors to deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships; act as advisor, strategist and partner.
- Generate and nurture new sales leads to grow the regional portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officers to align regional strategy with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business strategy and track record of success in a financial services or advisory role.
- Established network of local businesses and decision‑makers.
- Self‑starter with a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and strong listening and questioning skills.
