The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our global SEO efforts. You’ll be responsible for improving organic visibility across multiple country websites, supporting local teams, and ensuring our digital presence reflects the value we deliver to clients. This is a hands-on role with strategic oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and is passionate about driving measurable growth through SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global SEO strategy aligned with business goals and local market needs.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements across all websites.
  • Optimise on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all digital content.
  • Manage international SEO including hreflang tags, geo-targeting, and domain strategies.
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends along with an understanding of GEO/ AI SEO.
  • Support and train local marketing teams to build SEO capability and consistency.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure websites are technically sound and SEO-friendly.
  • Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in SEO management, ideally across multiple international markets.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience with international SEO challenges.
