The Role
You’ll be the engine behind our Legal & Compliance function, keeping our processes smooth, our records accurate, and our client documentation watertight. Expect a varied workload where no two days look the same.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and prepare key documents including LOEs, NDAs, SDSs, novation & addendum letters
- Support client onboarding by sending welcome letters & completing risk assessments
- Conduct KYC/AML checks via SmartSearch and assist with monthly confirmation statement reviews
- Help maintain accurate compliance records and report on AML metrics
- Support IR35 documentation processes
- Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially our Regional Directors
- Conducting client risk assessments
- Assist the Legal & Compliance team with projects and additional tasks administrative support such as minute-taking, filing & maintaining diaries
- Assisting with the administration of the company’s mandatory training programs
- Working to deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Someone with a progressive mindset and a willingness to learn
- High attention to detail, especially with spelling & grammar

- Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks
Desirable, not essential
- Experience in administration or compliance roles
- Familiarity with MS Office; Excel useful
- Experience with tools like AMLCC, SmartSearch or e-signature platforms
