Responsibilities
- Grow and manage your own portfolio of client companies as a part-time CFO/FD operating within a defined model, delivering strategic financial leadership to mid-sized businesses.

- Act as a partner to business owners, CEOs/MDs, and the regional team to provide ongoing financial guidance and support.
- Collaborate with a regional director and a team of CFO/FDs in a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to a culture that values family and a great place to work, with a focus on long-term client relationships.
What you need to have
- Qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes.
- Experience as a real-life CFO/FD (one or more times) with strong experience in commercial finance, business strategy and a proven track record.
- The ability to build genuine long-lasting client relationships – the “special sauce” is relationship-building.
- Part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part partner to clients.
- The role is self-employed, operating within a defined model, combining team support with autonomy in how you deliver outcomes for clients. You will build a portfolio career that offers variety, challenge and flexibility.
