Due to one of our current team retiring, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Previous Nurse Practitioner and Minor Illness experience essential. Prescribing essential.
Main duties of the job:
- Practice list size of approx. 16,500 (single site)
- Training practice
- Strong educational and supportive ethos
- Weekly opportunity to join the daily GP meetings for clinical discussion and peer support
- Well organised practice
- In house support from named GP
- Option to develop interests such as minor ops/joint injections etc.
Salary dependent on experience. Annual leave 5.6 weeks plus Bank Holidays.

About us: We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team, which currently comprises of 6 partners (including 3 trainers), 4 Salaried GPs and 1 GP Retainer, alongside our Nurse Practitioners, Nursing Team, Admin/Reception Team and Management Team.

- Experience of working in a primary care environment
- Minimum 2 years post registration experience
- Urgent Care / Minor Illness experience
- Experience of EMIS Web Clinical System
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check
