Job Overview The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional ensures the safety and well-being of each individual assigned to their care. This position supports and monitors programming for staff working with residents in both classroom/day program and residential settings. The QIDP trains staff, serves as a communication liaison between the Day Program, Program Coordinator, staff, and residents, and ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Qualifications Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field, with at least one year of relevant experience at The Center. Candidates should be proactive, possess strong leadership and communication skills, be self-motivated, capable of training staff, and value teamwork. Flexibility, a desire for professional growth, and effective time management are essential.
