Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr

Brief Description

The Center for Discovery’s Integrated Arts Department is growing — and we want you on our team! We’re seeking a credentialed and passionate Music Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact through innovative, person-centered programming for individuals with autism and complex conditions. If you’re a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead individual and group music therapy sessions
  • Use music as a tool for communication, regulation, and social connection
  • Collaborate with other arts professionals to design and lead integrated, cross-disciplinary experiences
  • Support music-based events including concerts, festivals, and other special events
  • Embrace flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to deliver vibrant, meaningful programming beyond the school day

What You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy
  • MT-BC credential required (within 6 months of employment)
  • Training in an improvisational, music centered approach preferred
  • Creativity, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills
