$50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr

We are seeking a credentialed Drama Therapist to engage participants in therapeutic experiences rooted in theater and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate drama therapy sessions, exploring themes through roleplay, storytelling, and improvisation
• Collaborate with other arts professionals to design and lead integrated, cross-disciplinary experiences
• Lead or contribute to theatrical productions and other creative projects and special events
• Embrace flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to deliver vibrant, meaningful programming beyond the school day

What You Bring

• Degree in Drama Therapy
• RDT credential or eligibility preferred
• Background in theater arts and clinical application
• Passion for inclusive, creative work
