OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing food service environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is desirable
  • Confident in handling tills, cashing up, and overseeing daily front-of-house operations
  • Awareness of handling dietary needs and allergen information
  • The ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure during busy periods

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take orders accurately, manage till operations, and handle payments confidently
  • Monitor stock levels for front-of-house items (e.g., packaging, condiments, drinks) and assist with reordering
  • Cash up tills at the end of shifts and ensure accurate handling of daily takings
  • Organise and support team members during service to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Take ownership of the restaurant when the Manager is off
  • Follow hygiene and safety procedures, keeping service areas clean and organised
