OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Kitchen experience
- The ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace
- Food hygiene level 2
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
- Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required
- Ensure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment
- Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times
- Make sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
