As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will deliver consistently exceptional 5★ treatments, tailored to each guest with genuine care and attention. Your passion for wellbeing, beauty and service excellence will ensure every guest leaves feeling restored, uplifted and fully cared for. You’ll play an important part in maintaining our spa’s serene environment, upholding industry-leading treatment standards, and contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day flow of our treatment rooms.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy (minimum entry level)
- Experience working in a college salon or equivalent practical environment
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with guests and colleagues alike
- The stamina and capability to confidently deliver up to 8 hours of treatments per day
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, detailed and personalised treatments every time
Desirable extras:
- Training or experience with brands such as TEMPLESPA or VOYA
- Hot Stones Massage, Reflexology, or experience within a 5★ luxury spa environment
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Deliver a full range of luxury treatments to 5★ standards, always tailoring your approach to guest needs
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, hygiene standards and professional presentation at all times
- Ensure consultation and prescription cards are accurately completed before and after each treatment
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly to the spa leadership team
- Restock treatment rooms by following stock requisition procedures to maintain full readiness
- Support colleagues, communicate effectively with reception, and contribute to a smooth guest journey
- Promote spa promotions and events, and contribute to achieving personal and team retail/treatment targets
- Attend required training, briefings and meetings, staying up to date with protocols, standards and new initiatives
