OVERVIEW

We are looking for enthusiastic, hospitable and all-round amazing individuals to join our fantastic Food & Beverage Team as a casual Food & Beverage Associate. You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional guest service skills, sparkling personality and good levels of spoken and written English. You will be a committed team player who enjoys working as a team and providing a memorable guest experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …

  • Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient and friendly manner.
  • Provide a consistent service and give assistance to the guests for tables and menus.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience, in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Constantly monitor the guests in order to anticipate their needs.
  • Communicate effectively.

The Hotel offers individually styled, luxurious bedrooms and contemporary restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The Spa and Hotel have won many awards over the years including the best hotel in Wales. The hotel is an asset for the local community and provides a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over. The 2AA rosette Cliff restaurant and Gallery bar have dramatic views across the bay and offer guests the finest Pembrokeshire produce for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
