OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
- A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-focused approach.
- Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.
- Desirable:
- Experience within a luxury or 5 star spa environment.
- Additional therapy qualifications, such as Hot Stones or Reflexology.
- Experience with premium spa brands such as Elemis or ESPA.
