As our Spa Supervisor, you’ll become a key part of our spa leadership team, guiding, motivating, and inspiring a talented group of therapists while ensuring every guest receives exceptional 5* care. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the Forum Spa & Ocius treatment spaces
  • Delivering and inspiring 5* standards in treatments, service, and presentation
  • Leading and supporting a team of therapists, ensuring smooth, efficient operations
  • Managing scheduling, stock control, admin tasks, and treatment bookings
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care
  • Taking an active leadership role—team communication, development, briefings
  • Stepping up as Duty Manager in the absence of senior spa leadership
  • Performing treatments to luxury brand standards

This is a hands‑on, guest‑focused leadership role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 months’ experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
  • VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • A confident communicator and natural team motivator
  • Strong organisational skills and experience in spa operations
  • Ability to deliver and uphold impeccable 5* treatment standards
  • Experience with stock control and spa/salon software systems

Desirable: experience in a luxury 5* spa, hot stones, advanced beauty skills, Elemis training, leadership experience, or exposure to large spa teams.
