We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant to support the daily operations of our Accounts Department. This role combines hands-on financial tasks with team supervision, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards across all accounting functions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Strong knowledge of ledgers, reconciliations, and financial processes

What You'll Do:

  • Manage purchase and sales ledger activities, including invoicing and payments
  • Carry out daily bank and payment reconciliations
  • Support credit control and manage outstanding accounts
  • Assist with event billing and liaise with internal teams and clients
  • Contribute to month-end processes and reporting
  • Supervise and support Accounts Assistants, including training and development
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and departmental standards
