Using your passion for customer service and retail, you will help create exceptional shopping experiences for our guests whilst showcasing a range of premium brands, gifts and resort merchandise.
Our Ideal Hero Will Have
Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, professional and proactive approach to work.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience working towards sales targets or promoting products would be advantageous.

Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to every customer.
Assist guests with purchases and make product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Replenish stock and maintain attractive, well-presented displays throughout the store.
Keep retail areas clean, organised and in line with resort standards.
Support stock takes, stock control and deliveries as required.
Promote resort facilities, events and services to guests.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service objectives.
Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and security standards.
