We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Cleaning team. ICC Wales is a world-class convention centre, hosting major conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and events throughout the year. As part of our team, you'll help create a welcoming environment for guests and visitors by ensuring our venue is always presented to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
Working as part of our Cleaning team, you will:
Clean all assigned areas in line with ICC Wales standards
Ensure public, front-of-house and back-of-house areas are kept clean, tidy and well maintained
Maintain the cleanliness of lifts, corridors, event spaces and communal areas
Report maintenance issues promptly to Shift Leaders
Support the wider team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
Complete related duties and special assignments as required
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who:
Have a good command of English
Take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail
Are reliable, positive and proactive
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Have previous cleaning experience, although this is not essential as full training will be provided
Enjoy contributing to a high-performing team environment
