OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
At least 6 months’ experience as a Team Leader in a bar, hotel or events environment
Experience in banqueting
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
Knowledge of wines, spirits and bar operations
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and long event days
Strong team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Lead and support teams during event set‑up, service and breakdown
Deliver professional, customer‑focused service at all times
Support managers with staff briefings, task delegation and shift cover
Maintain cleanliness, stock control and equipment standards
Assist with stocktakes, glassware checks and cellar basics
Monitor guest experience and escalate issues when required
Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are followed
Step up to support cashing up and closing procedures when needed
