What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Bar Associate, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering excellent service with professionalism, personality and a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Preparing bars and service areas before events
- Operating draught dispense systems and bar equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and events
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within bar areas
- Monitoring stock levels and helping to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughout service
- Following Challenge 25 and all licensing regulations
- Handling guest enquiries confidently and professionally
- Supporting colleagues to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
- Assisting with food and beverage service when required
- Maintaining compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures
What We're Looking For
We're searching for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality. You'll be:

Ideally, you'll also have:
- Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience
- Experience using draught dispense systems
- Knowledge of legal measures and responsible alcohol service
- An understanding of Challenge 25 procedures
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
Full training will be provided. Due to licensing regulations and the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
