What We’re Looking For…

What You’ll Do…
- Take ownership of stock accuracy, stock movement, and stock presentation across our large retail operation.
- Maintain optimal retail and golf amenity stock levels.
- Coordinate deliveries, stock transfers, and stock organisation.
- Manage and review stocktakes, discrepancies, and inventory reports.
- Maintain the retail buying plan (Open to Buy).
- Monitor ageing and excess stock, proposing solutions.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Manage stock invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Support retail supervisors and occasionally cover rota shifts.
- Ensure all equipment and stock areas meet health & safety standards.
- Contribute to new ideas, sale planning, and store improvements.
- Handle internal/external customer queries and support complaint resolution.
- Protect resources by minimising waste and promoting efficiency.
