OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Experience in event planning within a similar hospitality environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A history of building proposals and contracts for clients.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance and support in the lead-up to their event.
- Arrange a handover of the event file with the co-ordinator within 48 hrs of receiving a file and then contact the client and introduce yourself within the following 48hrs.
- Demonstrate to the client your thorough knowledge and concern for the event – so that the client can rely on your expertise.
- Ensure deposits are collected as per the contract and as per the level of credit granted to the client.
