What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Manage individual and group arrivals using our hotel systems
- Share your expert knowledge of The Celtic Collection to assist with guest queries and recommendations
- Leave a lasting impression by delivering a seamless, five-star experience from start to finish
