Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
- A passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
- Good knowledge of beverages and bar service, or a willingness to learn
- A positive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods as required
- Basic Food Hygiene certification is desirable but not essential
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient bar service to guests
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas
- Building positive relationships with guests and colleagues
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contributing to departmental targets through excellent service and upselling opportunities where appropriate
