Are you friendly, approachable and passionate about delivering great customer service?
We're looking for a Casual Front Office Agent to join our team at Tŷ Hotel Newport. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important part in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every stay gets off to the best possible start.
Whether you're checking guests in, answering questions or helping solve a problem, you'll be someone our guests can rely on. In return, you'll join a supportive team within one of South Wales' leading hospitality businesses.

Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Have strong attention to detail
Are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Previous hotel or customer service experience would be an advantage, but a great attitude is just as important
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Responding to guest enquiries both in person and over the phone
Providing information about the hotel and local area
Handling guest requests and resolving issues wherever possible
Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
