The Parkgate Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Food & Beverage Associates to join our restaurant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of Cardiff's most prestigious luxury hotels, where no two days are ever the same.
Whether you're welcoming guests for breakfast, serving afternoon refreshments or helping create memorable dining experiences in the evening, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from start to finish.

Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided

Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently
Assist guests with menu choices, dietary requirements and allergen information

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Support colleagues in creating a safe, efficient and enjoyable working environment
Help set up, replenish and clear service areas as required
