As a Casual Conference and Events Associate, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our guests during the busiest and most magical time of the year. Whether you're serving food and drinks, supporting festive events, welcoming guests or helping our teams deliver exceptional service, you'll play a key role in making Christmas unforgettable at The Parkgate Hotel.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
A friendly, outgoing personality and passion for great customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and throughout the festive season
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Basic IT skills and confidence using workplace technology
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, bars, restaurants or hotels would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided
