We're looking for askilled Painter & Decorator / Finisher to help maintain theexceptional presentation standards our guests expect across our world-classresort. From refreshing guest areas and maintaining decorative finishes topolishing and restoring timber features, you’ll play a vital role in ensuringevery part of the Resort looks its very best. Working as part ofour Facilities team, you'll carry out planned maintenance, decoration projectsand repair work across the Resort's extensive facilities, helping to createoutstanding first impressions and unforgettable guest experiences.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE

• Previousexperience as a Painter & Decorator, Finisher or within a similar maintenance role
• Strongknowledge of painting, decorating, wallpapering and timber finishingtechniques
• Experienceworking safely with decorating equipment, power tools and maintenancematerials
• Akeen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Goodcommunication skills and the ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team
• Aflexible approach with a willingness to support wider Facilitiesoperations when required

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL

• Carryout day-to-day painting, decorating, polishing and finishing work acrossthe Resort and associated buildings
• Completeplanned preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests in guestand operational areas
• Maintainthe Resort's décor to the highest standards, ensuring all areas remainsafe, presentable and serviceable
• Workclosely with managers and departments across the Resort to resolvemaintenance and decorative issues efficiently
• Carefor and maintain departmental equipment, tools, stock and materials,ensuring resources are used effectively and responsibly
• Followall Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Resort procedures, reporting anyconcerns immediately
• Supportthe Facilities Manager with inspections, maintenance planning andimprovement projects
• Contributeto a positive, customer-focused culture that supports the Resort'sambition for excellence
