OURIDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

• Afriendly, approachable personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Aproactive attitude and the ability to work independently during nightshifts.
• Strongcommunication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Goodknowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
• Previousexperience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – fulltraining will be provided.

• Deliveringa warm and professional welcome to all guests arriving or departingduring the night.
• Assistingwith guest requests, including room service, luggage handling, andgeneral enquiries.
• Conductingregular floor walks, fire safety checks, and maintaining the cleanlinessand presentation of public areas.
• Supportingthe Night Manager with operational duties and ensuring the hotel remainssecure and guest-focused overnight.
• Completingthe night porter checklist and ensuring meeting spaces and storeroomsare tidy and well-maintained.
