Our ideal hero will have

• Previousexperience working in a professional kitchen environment
• Apassion for producing quality food and delivering excellent standards
• Experiencepreparing and presenting dishes in a busy service environment
• Agood understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Theability to work effectively as part of a team whilst remaining calm underpressure
• Flexibilityto work shifts as required, including evenings, weekends and busy eventperiods
