We are now looking for a professional, proactive and approachable HR Advisor to join our HR team at Celtic Park on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys building trusted relationships, supporting managers and colleagues, and contributing to a positive, inclusive and high performing working environment.
- What you’ll do
- Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide clear, practical and customer focused HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, absence, conduct, grievance, capability and performance matters.
- Coach and support managers to handle people matters confidently, fairly and consistently.
- Support the development, review and application of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment, selection and onboarding activity, promoting a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
- Support colleague wellbeing and engagement activity.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support improvements to HR systems, processes and service delivery.
- What we’re looking for
You will bring experience in a generalist HR advisory role, including practical employee relations casework, and have a sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and managers at all levels.
Associate CIPD membership, or progress towards an equivalent professional HR qualification, would be ideal or you’ll bring demonstrable HR generalist experience.
Previous experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment would be advantageous.
