OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:
- Minimum entry level: VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 6 Months experience in a salon or spa environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to confidently speak with guests and colleagues
- The ability and stamina to perform a minimum of 8 hours’ worth of treatments per day
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for escalating any complaints to the Department Manager immediately, providing full details.
- Be responsible for performing the ultimate treatments in accordance with the standards expected and trained by the Treatment Manager and associated product suppliers.
- Restock professional products in designated treatment rooms by completing the stock requisition form to ensure that rooms are fully stocked at all times.
- Act as a support to colleagues by performing other tasks as and when required.
- Continually strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practice and receiving feedback.
- Be responsible for achieving daily sales and monthly sales targets and overall contributing to the spa team target.
