Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage and holistic treatments to the highest standards.
- Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations.
- Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
- Support the team in achieving guest satisfaction and sales targets.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and products are fully prepared and stocked.
- Create a welcoming, relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
- A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-focused approach.
- Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.
Desirable
- Experience within a luxury or 5 star spa environment.
- Additional therapy qualifications, such as Hot Stones or Reflexology.
- Experience with premium spa brands such as Elemis or ESPA.
