Exclusively, for the holiday season, we are looking for you to join us from 18th November until 5th January, to bring a festive atmosphere and excellent service to our guests who have chosen to celebrate with us. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … As Chef de Rang, you will strive to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests, always going that extra mile. You must be dedicated, with a passion and flair for service, coupled with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be a committed team player who enjoys working as a team and providing a memorable guest experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO … You will be courteous and have confidence to look after our guests to a high standard, providing a 5* service at all times. A good all-round knowledge of food and wine, good communication skills and a passion for the industry are a must. You will assist in the training of colleagues ensuring The Celtic Collection standard is met at all times. This role is varied with no two days the same.
