We are recruiting for a Seasonal Food & Beverage Associate to join our spectacular Celtic Collection Food & Beverage Team!

If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the industry, we would love to hear from you.

  • The ability to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced fish and chip shop environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a takeaway setting.

  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene and food safety standards.
  • A reliable, flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A positive team spirit and willingness to help wherever needed.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food to the company standards.
  • Serve ice cream from our ice cream counter, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle cash and card payments confidently and accurately across both the fish and chip shop and ice cream counter.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
