We're looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Cook to join our Fish & Chips team.

What Are We Looking For?
- Experience working in a kitchen, takeaway, or fish and chip shop environment.
- Experience using commercial fryers and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and food preparation standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
- Passion for food and customer service.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Operate commercial fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the kitchen team during busy trading periods to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety compliance.
- Assist with stock rotation, food preparation, and daily kitchen duties.
- Deliver a positive experience for our guests by ensuring food is prepared quickly, safely, and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent food quality and presentation.
- Support colleagues to deliver efficient, friendly service at all times.
