Responsibilities
- Carry out room service requests
- Answer telephone to prospective customers and take messages
- Check-in late arriving guests
- Cleaning in public areas of the hotel and spa
- Fire walks around the building
- Helping to prepare for breakfast service
- Ensuring a good understanding of all hotel regulations
- Carry out regular floor walks of the hotel
- Ensure all access to the hotel is secure as required by hotel policy and procedure
- Clean and maintain the work area, materials, and equivalent
- Operate a proper handover system between shifts to maximise guest satisfaction
