Responsibilities – Implementing Our ‘YES, WE CAN’ Philosophy
- Lead by example – ensure Front of House team members uphold department standards throughout your shift.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, making every moment special.
- Train and develop the team to meet the Collections standards and evolving business needs.
- Maintain consistency and excellence in service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Front Office Manager, including assistance with meetings and a variety of day‑to‑day tasks.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team, maintaining continuity, team performance, and service excellence.
- Confidently resolve any front office issues in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
