As a Rooms Allocation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional guest experiences before our guests even arrive.

Combining reception expertise with meticulous planning and organisation, you'll coordinate room allocations, manage guest preferences, prepare VIP arrivals, validate reservations and payment arrangements, and work closely with departments across the resort to ensure every stay begins seamlessly.

  • Review daily arrivals and allocate guestrooms based on guest preferences, special requests, VIP status and operational requirements
  • Coordinate seamless pre-arrival preparations including celebration packages, amenities, upgrades and personalised guest experiences
  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services and Duty Managers to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Validate reservation details, payment arrangements and billing instructions before guest arrival
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, guest history records and reservation information to support exceptional personalised service
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey from pre-arrival through to departure

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and computerised systems
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment
  • Hospitality experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, Concept or Micros systems (desirable)
