What You'll Be Doing
As our Performance Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in attracting new customers and maximising revenue through data-driven digital marketing activity.
From luxury hotel stays and spa breaks to championship golf, dining experiences and major events, you'll be responsible for ensuring our brands reach the right audiences at the right time through engaging and effective campaigns.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and display platforms
- Drive bookings, event enquiries, lead generation and customer acquisition across our portfolio
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results and maximise ROI
- Support conversion rate optimisation initiatives, improving customer journeys and online booking experiences
- Use data and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and commercial strategy
- Produce meaningful reporting and recommendations for stakeholders across the business
- Support SEO activity, website performance improvements and content optimisation
- Work closely with agency partners, commercial teams and marketing colleagues to deliver exceptional results
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and new digital marketing opportunities
We're seeking someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and loves using data to drive results.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years' experience in a digital or performance marketing role
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, curious and results-focused approach
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- A passion for digital marketing, innovation and continuous learning
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, tourism or events would be advantageous but is not essential.
